The outline is too thin, increase it at least 4 times over what that one is. The stabilizer also isn't strong enough, the design should not move that much. Use a thicker cut away stabilizer, at least 3 sheets of 2.0 oz. You also need to overlap the blue under the yellow more or the patch will fall apart down the road.
